Callisto

EST. 2021
Highland Falls, New York

An historic dairy farm set in the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountains in New York’s Hudson Valley invites guests to gather for unique pop-up dinners, special events, or a stay in a renovated 19th century farm house.

Reasons To Go

  • Gather Round the Table

Callisto’s dinners celebrate regional produce and purveyors, with meals prepared by celebrated chefs and served in the property’s restored 1800’s Dutch barn or outdoors on the farm’s rolling 88 acres.

  • Wake Up on the Farm

The historic 1865 farm house overlooking Callisto’s rugged red barn was recently renovated and can be rented for stay.
